Description:

Golden Hour Medical Storage Room is a self-sustaining, fully functional in 20 minutes, field hospital warehouse unit which is capable of preserving up to 10m3 meters of drugs, blood or any other medical substance

Capabilities:

The unit will ensure -50 to +25 storage conditions with outside temperature from -40 up to +50 degrees centigrade.

Unit can preserve these storage conditions up to 24h without external power source (electric or diesel). Storage conditions are remotely observable via computer.

Unit has built in levelling legs, which makes loading and unloading a unit from a truck or barrow possible without extra cranes or lifting units.

Technology and equipment:

The unit's workflow and parameters are designed in accordance to GDP and Directive 2001/83/ EC article 84 relating to medicinal products for human use.

Unit is also manufactured in accordance to ISO 668 and ISO 1161, which makes them transportable via air, sea and land with standard container regulations.

The manufacturing process and workflow is certified accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-1 and AQAP 2110.

MMH R1 MOBILE UNIT IS ROLE 1 LEVEL OF CARE COMBINED WITH RAPID DEPLOYMENT AND PATIENT TRANSPORT CAPABILITIES. UNIT INCLUDES ONE DOCTORS WORKSTATION, ONE AREA FOR FIRST AID AND FOUR PATIENT HOLDING COTS THAT CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH VENTILATORS AND MONITORS AND CAN BE USED WHEN UNIT IS ON THE MOVE.

Role 1medical support includes the capabilities for providing first aid, immediate lifesaving measures, and triage.

MMH R1 mobile unit is Role 1 level of care combined with rapid deployment and patient transport capabilities. Unit includes one doctors workstation, one area for first aid and four patient holding cots that can be equipped with ventilators and monitors and can be used when unit is on the move.

Oxygen supply is available in all areas. Oxygen generator can be included with up to 20 litres per minute support.

Doctors workstation is equipped with tilting stretcher holder, patient monitor and ventilator, aspirator, and infusion pumps. Also with a heating cabinet and infusion heater. Fridge is available for drug storage.

First aid area is equipped also with the monitor and ventilator, when higher level of care is needed.

R1 also includes wash up station, four seats for the personnel and one working table for medical documentation, Control and Communication).

Additionally, it will contribute to the health and well-being of the unit through provision of guidance in the prevention of disease, non-battle injuries, and operational stress. Normally, routine sick call and the management of minor sick and injured personnel for immediate return to duty are a function of this level of care.

Trauma Centre (TRC)

Description:

Golden Hour MMH Trauma Centre is a self- sustaining and mobile emergency room that provides comprehensive emergency medical services to patients suffering minor and severe traumatic, thermal and orthopedic injuries.

Capabilities:

TRC is equipped with 2 workstations for up to 8 people. Workstations are specially designed for preventive actions for life threating injures in the “golden hour” timeframe.

All TRC equipment levels include: operating lights and tables, anesthetic equipment, vital signs

monitoring and equipment for emergency orthopedic and surgical procedures.

Unit is also equipped with Automated Area Decontamination and Disinfection (AAD).

Technology and equipment:

All the temperatures, humidity, air quality, power and gas reserves are remotely and locally observable for the smoothest and most effective workfl ow.

HVAC systems are designed according to ICBO Uniform Mechanical Code and EN 880-4:2006 standards and electrical system IEC 60364- 7-701 and IEC 60601-1 standards, thus confirming the vital quality for the work environment.

Unit has power reserves for 12 h and gas reserves for 300 minutes in full capacity use.
